Crafted in small batches and gently cooked at low temperatures, it preserves the fruit’s natural aroma, colour and nutritional value, avoiding the harsh heat used in conventional jam making. Each jar contains the goodness of at least twenty eight organic strawberries, complemented with a drop of organic grape juice, organic lemon juice and a touch of fruit pectin.
