Dressed in edible organic Calendula petals and Safflower petals, Sussex Floral is a semi-soft continental style cow milk cheese with an attractive appearance that adds an appealing vibrancy to any springtime cheeseboard. Made from organic cow milk and matured for 12 to 16 weeks, Sussex Floral has a smooth buttery texture, a moreish citrus freshness and a light herbaceous flavour.
