These deep purple sheets transform into a vibrant green when lightly toasted over a gas flame or electric burner. Once toasted, they can be used whole to wrap sushi or torn into strips to top noodles, soups, salads or grain bowls. Unlike lower-grade nori, which can appear dull and uneven, Clearspring Nori has a fine, even texture and translucent deep-green sheen, a true sign of its exceptional quality.
