Godminster Organic Vintage Bruton Beauty Cheese 200g

Vintage Bruton Beauty is a multi-award-winning cheddar covered in burgundy wax. The cheddar is made to a traditional 90-year-old recipe and matured for up to 12 months. It has a rich depth of flavour with a wonderfully smooth texture.

All Godminster cheeses are made using pasteurised milk and they are certified organic by the Soil Association. They contain no artificial preservatives, and they are suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients: Pasteurized cow's milk, salt, lactic ferments, microbial coagulant enzyme. Non-edible wax rind.
