High Weald Dairy Organic Ricotta Cheese 125g

Ricotta, meaning re-cooked cheese, is a fresh, low-fat, soft cheese. High Weald make their Ricotta from sheep milk and reheat the organic whey left over from making another cheese to 90°C, resulting in the soft Ricotta floating to the surface where they scoop it up.
It is a versatile cheese for both sweet and savoury dishes, such as in cheesecakes, cannoli fillings, on top of pizzas and whipped to a form a fresh dip.
