Organic Raspberry Leaf tea is a traditional herbal tisane, which is naturally caffeine free; it comes from Rubus idaeus. Steenbergs Raspberry leaf tea is robust, tangy and earthy in flavour with quite high levels of tannin, almost like a green tea. You can offset these tannins with a splash of milk or soy milk.
Raspberry Leaf products should be avoided by those in early stages of pregnancy and you should always seek medical advice if drinking this when pregnant.
